Designing & Scaling an Enterprise EdTech Platform
Over nearly two years at Zosi, I worked across multiple products and teams to design and scale a complex enterprise EdTech platform. My work spanned client-facing web experiences, admin tools, and responsive mobile views. Product Strategy & UX
I translated complex business and enterprise requirements into clear, scalable user flows. Working closely with PMs and BAs, I helped define feature scope, identify edge cases, and ensure solutions aligned with both user needs and business goals.
Design Systems & Consistency
I maintained and evolved the design system for both Learner Portal (Dark Theme) and Admin Portal (Light Theme) to support growing product needs. This included creating new components, refining existing patterns, and ensuring visual and interaction consistency across web, admin, and mobile platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
I partnered closely with developers and QA throughout design handoff and implementation. I produced dev-ready designs, supported implementation reviews, and worked through iterations to ensure high-quality execution.

Stakeholder & User Input
Collaborated closely with product, engineering and business stakeholders to understand constraints, priorities, and success metrics. Combined this with user feedback, support tickets, and usability insights to ground design decisions in real needs.
Personas, User Journeys & JIRA Stories
Defined key personas and mapped end-to-end journeys to identify project scope and opportunities. Translated these flows to designs and created JIRA stories and acceptance criterias to ensure design intent is carried out throughout the project.
Wireframes and System Diagrams
Explored early concepts or new functionalities through wireframs and flow diagrams to validate structure, navigation and information hierarchy. Used thes artificats to align teams before moving to visual designs.
High fedility designs & Dev handoff
Designed high fedility mockups and flows which were UI ready and aligned with brand. Created flow mockups using Zeplin and detailed specs for dev teams.
Development & QA collaboration
Partnered with engineers during build and QA phases to review implementations, resolve issues and edge cases, to ensure design quality. Iterated quickly with tech feedback while maintaning usability and visual consistency.
